Help clients with their requests and many times do that little extra thing.
I am a good listener and can advise clients when they want something, and I see a better option. For example, they want non-refundable, and refundable is not much of a price difference, it's better with a refundable special if the trip is weeks, or months later.
Advice can also be that they want to go by train, which would be better with flight, both in time and cost.
Calm and with a smile, may get clients to relax and even laugh, to make their experience great.
Security is high, when I handle sensitive information such as payment details and other personal information.
For example, if there is an issue at a hotel, and they cannot see payment details, the booking shows the client should not pay at the hotel. I will call the hotel to give them payment details to sort it out. To help the client so they can check out without problem.
