How do we reach success? There are so many ways to be successful. Some have a high goal to be best in something when someone else may see a successful life to have a home and food at the table. When we want to gain success, we may want to take the highest step to reach there directly. Yes, the matter of fact, it may look like the most successful person has reached their goal overnight. The truth may look different when we don´t see all the struggles and countable hours.
Imagine a big stair in front of you where you want to reach the top. It´s easy to understand that it will be too hard to reach there in one giant jump even for an athletic person.
If we instead take it to step by step, it may seem like a long journey to reach the top. But we will get there with a lot of wisdom we learned on the way.
We may fail if we get tempted to skip some steps to jump over. Fall back down, but we learn from it and move on as long we do not give up, we will reach that top.
There may be some trap of fake friends that may try to push you down some steps by not believing in your ideas or vision or try to give you low self-confidence. A true friend will help you, and be honest, and explain what can improve.
When failure comes your way, keep your eyes open. Are your friends glad you fail or run away or trying to hold you back? Don't be sad because fake friends are not a good companion anyway for your next step.
Surround yourself with positive friends or team members that add value to the journey with wisdom and ideas or willpower and structure, anything that you need on your way to the top.
This stair is not for just one to be the first to reach the top. The winner is the one that helps someone else to reach the top as well.
