Time has value, use it wisely

A boss may say time is money to make people work faster and harder.
To make outcomes gain to earn more and faster. 

The workers' time is bought. Does the person get compensation for that time,
which can never be regained?

And worse if the person in a higher position does not value the worker and
insults or threatens in any way, even written instructions, can be used in a bad
way to create fear. If the worker feels as the smallest mistace will make them
to earn less or lose their income or job. 

If a workplace create fears, that can make a worker depressed and pushed
down so they don't see their own value anymore and have harder to believe
that they can find another job so they stay in fear. That is not good.

We don't live forever, so the time we spend on different things is important. Is
it worth it, what makes us happy, gives us value, or just keeps us alive? 

Value can be different things that we gain money, knowledge, love, passion, joy 

But if we get so tired of fulfilling others' dreams to just get a salary that makes
us depend on it to stay alive, and are too tired to do things to enjoy life and
the company of loved ones. We may be spending our valued time in a bad
way that is wasting the value of our time. We can not get the time back 

Try to find what is good for you to spend your time on. Worries are also a
waste of time. Try to find a solution to make you happy and give value to the
time you spend on it.

Invent, teach, and create can be things of value that increase value over time,
but not if you get almost nothing and someone else earns on you, so they get
rich but not you. 

Teams can be a way for people to find ways to help each other. How do you
want to spend valuable time to make you benefit in a way that makes you feel
it is time well spent? That makes a team move forward and is valued by all.

And remember your loved ones, it can come a time when you regret that you
not spent your time in a different way to create more happy memories
together with loved ones.

How come there are movies about time travelers, that want to change things
in the past?
We don´t have the power to do that. So what do you spend your time on?
This is what creates your future.
