Some ideas take time to grow

It´s not always that all ideas are perfectly clear when we sow that first idea.

Brainstorming is great but it´s not always that we can find every little detail that is needed to make that great idea successful.

Full developed systems without any error and business that are best with the greatest leaders and everything seems perfect.

They started with an idea. To make something great then ideas can need some time to develop.

You may have an idea of how you want to make your adverts outside your shop shine to attract customers from far away. That is a perfect idea when you know how to attract them. 

But hey, the idea is not ready even if that seems perfect.
It´s not enough to attract, because you also need to have something to offer that they want. 

The same with that system that has no error and business leaders that never seems to do anything wrong. It´s always errors to correct, no matter how talented developers and leaders are. It takes time to make something error-free and successful. 

We may come up with the perfect idea and sow that seed.
Then let it grow, and new ideas may come when we find out what can be improved or has to be changed to make it a success. 

It´s very hard to have all ideas ready in the smallest detail at the start.
Sow that seed and let it grow and learn together with that seed when it grows.

Even the greatest leader has failed.
Even that greatest system had errors.

It started with an idea then when errors come it's time to find them, and correct it to make it better, and more ideas can come to let it grow even bigger than the first idea. 

So don´t worry if your first idea does not seem to cover everything to reach your goal. Sow a seed and let it grow.
