Competition may be fun for the one that wants to run over finish line alone. But have a party alone is not always the best.
When a team joins hands and everybody do what they are best in, then things move forward. When different views come together then ideas can be developed and something that started with a small idea can become greater.
It´s not about who is best in a team, because everyone has their own role.
For example, a hand is not better than the feet because both are important.
